1. About Us
Paws N Play K9 Club is a dog activity and wellness center located in Mylapore, Chennai. We offer swimming, agility training, grooming, boarding, birthday celebrations, and training services for dogs.
2. Eligibility
- Our services are available for dogs of all breeds and sizes, subject to health and temperament requirements.
- Dogs with contagious illnesses, open wounds, or aggressive behavior may be refused service at our discretion.
- Puppies under 4 months may have restricted access to certain activities (e.g., swimming).
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp after enquiry submission.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the original quoted price.
- Peak season and holiday surcharges may apply and will be communicated in advance.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
5. Health & Safety
- Owners must inform us of any pre-existing health conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues before the session.
- All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (rabies, DHPP, Bordetella).
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog shows signs of distress, illness, or aggression.
- While we take every precaution, activities involve inherent risks. Paws N Play K9 Club is not liable for injuries that occur during normal play and exercise.
6. Liability
- Paws N Play K9 Club exercises reasonable care in all services provided.
- We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss that occurs due to undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow our guidelines.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service booked.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to our property or equipment.
7. Photography & Media
- We may photograph or video record dogs during activities for promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing).
- If you do not wish for your dog to be featured, please inform us in writing before the session.
- By using our services, you grant us permission to use images of your dog for marketing unless you opt out.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Paws N Play K9 Club and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Website Usage
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.
- The enquiry form must be used with accurate and truthful information.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
