Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Paws N Play K9 Club, we strive to provide the best experience for you and your furry friend. We understand that plans change, so here's our clear and fair refund and cancellation policy.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp after enquiry and payment (where applicable).
- A booking is only considered confirmed after you receive a written confirmation message from us.
- Please review all details (date, time, service) at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation by Paws N Play
We may need to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:
- Severe weather conditions (heavy rain, extreme heat)
- Facility maintenance or equipment issues
- Safety concerns (e.g., multiple aggressive dogs booked simultaneously)
- Staff illness or emergency
In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling — your choice.
4. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours in advance are free of charge, subject to availability.
- Same-day rescheduling may incur a small administrative fee.
- We allow a maximum of 2 reschedules per booking. After that, standard cancellation terms apply.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer as mutually agreed.
- You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been initiated.
6. Package & Membership Cancellations
- Multi-session packages can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 7 days, unused sessions in a package are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining value.
- Package sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable.
7. Birthday Party & Event Bookings
- Birthday party bookings require a 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: full refund of advance.
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% of advance refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before: advance is non-refundable.
- Custom decorations, cakes, or arrangements already procured are non-refundable.
8. Grooming Services
- If you are unsatisfied with grooming results, please inform us immediately so we can make corrections at no extra charge.
- Refunds are not available for grooming services that have been completed, except in cases of demonstrable negligence.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about a refund or cancellation decision:

- We will respond within 24 hours and work toward a fair resolution.
- Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
